Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of sayitmarketing.com and any services provided by Say It Marketing ("we," "us," "our"). By using this site or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.
Services
Say It Marketing provides website design, local SEO, social media management, paid advertising management, hosting, and print brokerage services for small businesses. Service details, deliverables, and timelines are communicated via email or text before work begins.
Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in US dollars. One-time services require a deposit or full payment before work begins. Monthly recurring services are billed at the start of each billing cycle through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize Say It Marketing to charge the stated amount.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' advance notice for recurring subscribers.
Subscriptions and Cancellations
All monthly plans are month-to-month. No contracts. No cancellation fees. To cancel, email hello@sayitmarketing.com or text (520) 222-6308 at least 5 days before your next billing date. Cancellations received after that window may result in one additional charge.
Refunds for work already completed are not provided. If you're unsatisfied, contact us — we will work to make it right before processing any cancellation.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate business information, content, and access credentials when requested
- Reviewing and approving work before it goes live
- Notifying us promptly if your business information or contact details change
We are not responsible for delays caused by late approvals or missing content.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the website content and design we build for you. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) are subject to their own licenses.
Limitation of Liability
Say It Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim. Services are provided "as is" — we make reasonable efforts toward results but cannot guarantee specific search rankings, lead volume, or revenue outcomes.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in Pima County, Arizona.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
